Dustin Lynch sent to the hospital by rogue beer can

Dayumm. Looks like someone needs to work on his beer-can-ducking stage moves. 

At his Friday night show at MulletFest in (ironically) Niceville, Florida, someone had the nerve to throw a beer can at Dustin Lynch's lovely, lovely face that unfortunately found its mark. 

"I was walking down the catwalk and just wham, out of nowhere this beer can just nailed me in the face," Lynch told People after the incident. "It was a completely full can and it felt like a baseball had hit me."

Dustin was able to finish the show, but with a gash to his cheek he ended up heading to the hospital for stitches afterwards.

According to People.com, a brawl broke out in the audience as fans tried to pinpoint the culprit, but in the end the rogue beer chucker got away. 

"The moral of the story is don’t throw beer cans period," says Lynch. "It’s not cool."

Not cool, indeed.
