Singer-songwriter Annie Bosko shoots from the hip on her brand new single "Crooked Halo," a co-write with Nelly Joy and the song's producer Danny Myrick (Jason Aldean's "She's Country"). From the first few bars, the track explodes into the eardrums, bolstered by the arena-sized guitar licks and pounding rhythm. Of course, there's plenty of roots-driven instrumentation and a captivating melody to draw the listener into the fold. The song, a sampling of Bosko's yet-untitled 2015 project, officially debuts on Sirius XM on Wed. (Nov. 26), and NashvilleGab is honored to have the first-listen exclusive.
The song's official music video, directed by Patrick Tracy, is expected to drop soon.
Already, the California-native is gaining major attention in the industry, having previously opened on tour for such A-listers as Dierks Bentley, Darius Rucker, Big & Rich, Kip Moore, Josh Turner and Chris Young (among many others). She has also allowed her outstanding talent to shine in other ways, too: she's served harmnous backup vocals for Adele, Josh Groban, Kenny G and Earth, Wind & Fire. Talk about setting the bar high!
There's only one way to go now but up!
