File this one under bizarre lawsuits of the rich and famous.
According to Radar, Taylor Swift is currently being sued by a man in federal prison for child pornography because he says Taylor used his life story as lyrics for her newest album "1989."
Yes, really.
Jose Hilario's lawsuit says that he met Taylor back in January of 2008 after she allegedly emailed him and begged to Skype with him because "she was lonely and sad and that she needed someone to chat with."
His lawsuit goes on to say after Skyping they ended up meeting face to face at a Rhode Island mall on April 13, 2008 where they "hugged and kissed each other."
Eww.
He says that he was such a charmer that Taylor promised she would help him with his legal problems and would write songs about him. Not long after their meeting, he was arrested on the child pornography charges.
Hilario is currently serving time at the federal prison in Oakdale, Louisiana, which is where he says he discovered that "1989" is about his life. Now he's seeking $100 million, although he's willing to drop the suit if Taylor will restore her "true friendship” with him.
Yeah, don't hold your breath there, buddy.
Oh, there was one more part of the lawsuit. He wants Taylor to introduce him to Miley Cyrus.
Funny.
