Okay, this story isn't nearly as juicy as the headline would have you believe.
But then again, are they ever?
Anyhoo, 'Nashville' star, Charles Esten has fallen for and adopted one of his cutest costars on the hit show ... his dog.
According to People.com, Esten has adopted Blue, the sweet yellow lab who Hayden Panettiere's character on the show, Juliette, gave to Esten's character, Deacon, last season.
On the show, Deacon ends up giving the dog to another character, but in real life Charles wasn't ready to say good-bye so he adopted the pup earlier this year.
"'Member Deacon's puppy named Sue? Well now he's my dog ... Blue! #firstpetever #memberofthefamilynow," Esten Tweeted back in October.
You never really think about what happens to the animals that appear on T.V. and in movies. Happy to see this puppy prop got a new home out of the spotlight.

Back a couple of days ago I had told you the story of how a little girl had made a video asking Miranda Lambert to visit the dog rescue she volunteers at in Florida. Miranda, being the awesome human being that she is, visited the little girl at the rescue and ended up taking a puppy she named Bellamy home.
Now we have video from the visit.

Miranda Lambert's animal rescue efforts are well known, but it turns out that she doesn't just rescue animals, she also adopts them.
Over the weekend, Miranda paid a visit to the Big Dog Ranch in Wellington, Florida and adopted a sweet little puppy. The visit was extra special, though, as it all happened thanks to one little girl's efforts.

Most people think that in order to get to meet Miranda Lambert you have to go to one of her concerts and keep your fingers crossed that you might be lucky enough to win meet & greet passes through your local radio station.
It's turning out, though, an even better way to meet Miranda might be to adopt a dog.
Miranda's dog rescue efforts are legendary and it seems that she's always bringing home dogs that she's found on her adventures touring around the country. Turns out if you adopt one of those dogs she's rescued you may actually get to meet the lady herself when you come pick up your new friend.
